Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Size and Color Issues: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to size, color, or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product details before placing an order.

General Returns: As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for items unless they are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that your order details are correct before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy:
Order Issues: For products with verified quality issues such as misprints, damage, or manufacturing defects, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra charge

Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and sent into production, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
