Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking information.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SoJau is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@SoJau.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
