Mary, the owner was so helpful and quick to respond. I came with customizations to be made and she reassured me that it wouldn’t be an issue and quickly sent me a mock up of my vision. It was so creative and better than I imagined! She was absolutely great to work with.
Buyer Beware! If I could leave a 1 star review I would. Shipping kept getting pushed back a total of 4 times. I ended up receiving the item a whole week later which was disappointing since it was a personalized 1st birthday shirt. I kept reaching out to the seller they kept saying it was USPS issue even though it was stated, “label created, usps awaiting item”. Once I got Etsy involved it magically went through the shipping route. When I reached out to the seller, the best they could offer me was a “discount for future purchases”. I was super annoyed because this whole issue was not on my end but theirs. I wish they would just make it right and refund me the money. I would gladly send them the shirt back.
